Anchor Hot Beverage Brand of The Year

Sri Lankans vote Anchor as their favourite Hot Beverage Brand - SLIM-Nielsen People's Awards 2015

Fonterra’s Anchor brand has been voted by Sri Lankans as Hot Beverage Brand of the Year at the SLIM Nielsen People’s Awards 2015.

The Awards, which are held annually by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) and Nielsen Sri Lanka, provides the country’s largest public poll on its favourite brands and personalities.

The nominees and awardees are selected from nationwide face-to-face surveys conducted with people across the country over a five month period each year by Nielsen Sri Lanka – one of the largest information & research companies in the world.

“Winning this award is an honour for Anchor as it is our consumers themselves who have voted for the brand as their preferred choice”, said Roshan De Silva, Marketing Director for Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka.
